ABOUT BFA

Founded in 2015, BFA is a football and futsal academy for boys and girls with facilities in Riverwood, NSW. We conduct intense training sessions one to two times per week, developing football players and preparing them to one day play at the highest level in games and tournaments against other Australian teams.

Our programs are designed in an age-appropriate model working on all aspects of a football player’s abilities while incorporating elements that have set Brazilian players apart from their peers, such as technique, creativity, superior skills, finesse, and improvisation. In addition to teaching football-specific skills, we also work to improve our players’ game understanding, cognitive skills, and physical literacy, including balance, coordination, and running technique.

We value respect, communication, compassion, and discipline in our academy. We believe that these values are important building blocks for developing great teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play both on an individual level and as a team.
